As an Offer Analyst, you'll play a key role in the front lines of tax relief, carefully reviewing financial documents to build strong, accurate cases that give clients a fresh start. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of client financial documents, including pay stubs, Profit & Loss statements (for self-employed/business owners), and prior-year tax returns to verify income, assess financial health, and identify any discrepancies or red flags.
- Research and accurately estimate the Fair Market Value of client assets using current market data, industry standards, and reliable professional resources.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive Resolution Strategy Letters (RSLs) for review by senior analysts, highlighting key issues, potential escalations, and recommendations aligned with the client's best resolution path.
- Maintain high productivity by advancing cases promptly, meeting personal and team goals, and preventing delays in the resolution process.
- Stay proactive: Take immediate action on new documentation or case updates, adhere to deadlines, and continuously seek feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations, open communication, and a unified focus on efficient client resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training to build foundational skills in resolution review, financial file setup, and advance toward Offer Analyst 2 & 3 promotions.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: Entry-level role—previous data entry experience is a plus, but no prior tax resolution experience is necessary—we provide thorough training!

Compensation: $22/hour + Commission**
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, Overtime as needed
Location: Onsite- Irvine, CA
**This position is eligible for commissions after successful completion of the initial 60-day full-time employment period. The average commission earnings for representatives currently in this role is approximately $750 per month, based on historical performance data. Commissions are entirely performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary significantly depending on individual effort, volume, and other variables.
