As an Enrolled Agent at TPS, you’ll analyze complex financial data, develop tailored tax resolution strategies, and work directly with the IRS to secure outcomes that transform clients’ financial futures. Your day-to-day will include:
Reviewing clients’ financial analyses, recent tax returns, IRS transcripts (AT/ROA/WI), and other key data.
Preparing customized resolution options for clients to choose from.
Conducting compliance calls to gather missing information or track IRS processing.
Negotiating with ACS to establish resolutions, including:
Installment Agreements
Partial Pay Installment Agreements
Currently Non-Collectible status
Step-Installment Agreements
Penalty Abatement requests
Advocating for clients with creativity, empathy, and unwavering integrity.
Active Enrolled Agent license or CPA.
Active PTIN and established E-services account on IRS.gov.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.
1+ years of experience setting up resolutions with ACS (a plus, not required).

Pay: $70,340 - $85,000 BOE annually
