We're specifically seeking motivated, coachable Enrolled Agents (or CPAs) who are eager for hands-on experience in a challenging environment dealing directly with IRS Revenue Officers—perfect for building deep expertise, sharpening your negotiation and advocacy skills through real-world cases, and growing your career with mentorship and support. If you're an EA ready to tackle complex cases involving client representation before Revenue Officers, financial packet preparation, resolution negotiations, and protecting clients from aggressive collections while making a tangible difference for clients nationwide, this is where you level up!
Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing clients' financial situations, working directly with IRS Revenue Officers, and developing tailored resolution strategies to resolve tax issues and ensure the best possible outcome. As an Enrolled Agent - Revenue Officer Pro in our Resolution Department, you'll represent clients assigned to an IRS Revenue Officer, interacting with Revenue Officers to achieve account resolution. You'll strive to keep clients protected from collections, ensure timely case progression, and empower clients through education until a final resolution is established.

Position: Full-time
Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
Commissions: $890 - $2,050 per month (based on quality performance and production; this range reflects what the employer reasonably expects to pay, with $890 at the low end for minimum performance, $1,400 as the average, and $2,050 at the high end for top performers)
This position is eligible for commissions after successful completion of the initial 60-day full-time employment period. The average commission earnings for representatives currently in this role is approximately $1,400 per month, based on historical performance data. Commissions are entirely performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary significantly depending on individual effort, volume, and other variables. No minimum commission amount is promised or assured, and past performance (including averages from current reps) does not predict or guarantee future results for any individual.
