THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Tax Investigator Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, contacting the IRS on behalf of clients, gathering critical information, and working alongside experienced tax professionals to deliver exceptional results. No prior tax experience required. Just bring your communication skills, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contact the IRS directly to collect essential client information with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with Tax Professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions
• Handle a high volume of phone-based work and represent our company with confidence
• Maintain detailed, organized records using Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to obtain a PTIN and CAF number upon hire (we'll walk you through the process)
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with phone-heavy work
• No prior tax experience necessary, just a positive attitude and a desire to learn

Job Title: Tax Investigator Caller

Pay: $19/hr

 

Status: Full-Time, at least 40 hours/week
